Private Event Reservation Fee (w/ No Live Entertainment): $500
Private Event Reservation Fee (w/ Live Entertainment): $850
Deposit: 50% Refundable Deposit Required
Setup Time: Your team will be able to setup 1.5 hours before your event starts
Breakdown: Your team will have 1 hour after your event ends to breakdown. Your team is responsible for set up and clean-up as well as removal of all special decor items. If you wish to have our staff handle clean-up you can request to add this service for $75.
Add-on BYOB: You can add BYOB to your private event. Details for BYOB are provided upon request.
Limited Terms & Conditions:
BTG wine bar will provide the black linens, food service items if needed.
You will receive a separate email with a link to pay your deposit. A 50% refundable deposit is due immediately to secure the date. The remaining balance is due (7) days before your event. You can use the same link and email to pay the final balance.
If you need to cancel you must email BTG at BuyTheGlass.Social@gmail.com (7) days before your event and a refund will be issued. Please allow (7) – (10) days to process all refund requests.
